Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any bytehype application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, bytehype grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Make the App available over a network for use by multiple devices at the same time
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by bytehype and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

Any content you create, upload, or store using our Apps remains your property. By using our Apps, you grant bytehype a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

In-App Purchases

Some features of our Apps may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BYTEHYPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
